BOOKING ASSISTANCE

Payments to secure your date are NONREFUNDABLE. We require 1 full night deposit at time of booking to hold your room. Full Balance must be paid at recovery house at time of arrival. If your balance is not paid at arrival you take the chance your space will not be available and you will lose your deposit. If you need to reschedule your stay 14 days notice is required and we can change your date. If you need to cancel your stay 14 days notice is required. All deposits are NONREFUNDABLE , It is only transferable to another date.

Once you arrive we do not refund for unused days if you check out early for any reason including surgery cancellation.. We will transfer your dates to another date if you want to sell your deposit. Financial arrangements must be made between you and Graceful Beauty Recovery prior to arrival.
